Chrystie Street Mixed-Use Project

Loan Amount: $80,000,000

The NYCRC is providing an $80 million loan to a joint venture affiliate of The Witkoff Group and the Ian Schrager Company. The loan assisted with the construction of a new 28-story, approximately 255,000 square foot mixed-use commercial building that included a hotel as well as residential condominium units. The development is part of the continued revitalization of Manhattan’s Lower East Side.

Construction of the EB-5 project is complete.
