- Identification data, such as your first and last name, date and place of birth, nationality, immigration status, passport information, government-issued ID numbers, marital status and family member details.

Our website may contain links to other sites operated by organizations not affiliated with NYCRC. We do not review or endorse, and are not responsible for, the privacy policies and/or practices on other sites. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal information, we may consider factors such as the applicable legal requirements, the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal information, the purposes for which we process your personal information and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means. When we no longer require the personal information we have collected about you, we may either delete it, anonymize it, or isolate it from further processing.
- Children
We do not knowingly collect or maintain information directly from persons under 13 years of age (“children”), and no part of our services is directed to children. NYCRC operates in the United States, and any personal information collected pursuant to this Privacy Policy may be accessed from and/or stored by NYCRC, as applicable, or those acting on our behalf, in the United States.
